Proven to be productive with creative solutions in the sale of small platted developments with and without infrastructure, farm land, vacant land, income producing parcels, example; solar energy, Groves, Agriculture production.
Successfully mastered the challenging Short Sale market, and most importantly take the time required in the due diligent process to provide a marketable product. Dan’s staff works with passion to accomplish resolution to the long delayed process, Short Sales take. Staff has worked cooperative with lenders to negotiate deals in a timely manner and eliminate the long drawn out process. With a clear understanding of the process conveyed to sellers eliminates many of the challenges lenders and Realtors face today.

Currently sit on the Central Florida Development Council board, active in many of the local Chamber of Commerce. Comprehensive knowledge and experience with Florida’s Comprehensive Growth Management Plan, Community Redevelopment Agency’s, and the role they play in the today’s markets.
Professional Experience
Built a solid record of achievement through increasingly responsible leadership, by building an extremely effective team and management staff for my printing company and advertising agency from mid 70’s through the early 90’s. Received my Real Estate license in 2000, and practice as a full time Realtor.
Key Accomplishments:
Obtained the 2nd Small Administration Loan in Polk County during double digit interest rates in the early 80’s, and exceeded the goals required of the program three fold.
Elected to the City Commission of Auburndale in 1986-88 again in 91-93 expanded the water franchise district to generate revenues, growth by annexation, and maintains lower than average attractive tax base within the borders of the municipality.
Chaired the First (1st) Redevelopment Committee for Auburndale and fathered perhaps the most successful Community Redevelopment Agency in the Southeastern United States. This has provided a means for Commercial, Industrial, Residential, and Recreational facilities far more superior to surrounding communities per capita with regards to the Quality of Life Auburndale enjoys today.

A member of Lions Club International, 34 plus years, and deeply rooted in the Lake Alfred, Winter Haven, Auburndale, and Davenport Lions Clubs. I am active in my church and belong to team 6 with Christ Renews His Parish. I'm a trained Stephen Minister with great listening skills. Have serve on so many boards and committees in Polk County and surrounding Municipalities. Best way to describe it? "Overall active businessman!" Member of the National, Florida and Local Realtor Associations, and also a 4th degree Knight with the Knights of Columbus.
Dan has successfully brought Developers and Municipalities together since the early 80's. Now assisting sellers in the toughest of times and assisting Investors, individual buyers and buyers agents with the same ethical and challenging passion, so we can all successfully enjoy and look forward to the future.
