Auburndale CRA success story

. Dan owned, and managed a Printing Company and Ad Agency in Auburndale, with his proven leadership and influence, Dan provided all the Marketing Material and professional consulting free of charge to the Main Street grant program.  Dan was KEY in linking the blighted area where Coca Cola North America is now located on Derby and Main Street. This use to be the old City Orange Grove and where, Auburndale sprayed their treated waste water. During the summer rains the water would flood the septic tanks on adjoining properties. Dan was the only individual that had the foresight and supportive findings to included this area into the CRA targeted district. Without this vision Auburndale would not enjoy the success it's known for today! "The Gift that keeps on giving!"
